Timetable Update
We have made a few exciting updates to our timetable! If you are looking to increase your training frequency then simply get in touch with your Instructor.
Mondays Sparring is now rounds similar to Thursdays. We’ve had more and more people gaining interest in sparring so we are excited to offer these opportunities more often.
Wednesdays KickFit is now a full Adult Kickboxing class with Coach Gill. We are limiting spaces on this one so get in touch asap to reserve a spot.
There is now a Friday Morning training session for Adults. This class is every Friday at 9.30am for one hour.
