Kids Martial Arts Classes (5-10 Yrs)

The instructors are very nice and lessons always look like a lot of fun, my kids love it!
— Mrs Smith

Our Kids Martial Arts Classes are for ages 5 to 10 and focus on developing the fundamentals, whilst helping them develop co-ordination, discipline and focus in a fun, friendly environment.

The syllabus is a Kickboxing focused system that takes influence from other traditional Martial Arts such as Karate, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. This allows us to offer fun and energetic classes, whilst maintaining many of the benefits of traditional Martial Arts training.

As a Kickboxing GB club, we offer a robust grading system that helps to keep the kids motivated whilst developing their skills over time. Our grading system is recognised internationally and is an accredited WAKO grading syllabus.

With an active competition team, there is also the option for students to compete should they wish. Adding a whole new dimension to their training and helping to deepen their understanding of the sport.

Sparring Drills/Rounds (11+ Yrs)

I think sparring is the most important element of Martial Arts training. It’s great to see a club include it so heavily in their timetable.
— Linda

For those who enjoy the sparring side of Martial Arts, our focused sparring classes allow for you to regularly practice in a safe and ego free environment.

These classes cater to students interested in honing their skills for competitions or seeking to challenge themselves within a secure and supervised setting.

At 45 years of age and most of that spent sitting at a desk, I have never been naturally flexible. But these sessions have really helped to open up my hips and give me a level of comfort day to day that has honestly changed my life.
— Chris

Our Flex & Mobility add on sessions are 20 minute intensive stretching routines designed to help our members develop their overall flexibility and mobility.

This both benefits them in relation to their Martial Arts training, as well as their overall wellbeing and health.
