Our classes are designed with age groups in mind, ensuring that students can engage with peers who are on the same page in terms of maturity and growth.

Each class is designed to accommodate individuals of various skill levels and capabilities, providing a nurturing environment for everyone to thrive in their martial arts journey.

Kids (5-10 Yrs)

Enrolment for this class is open to children aged between 5 and 10 years.

The primary goal is to establish fundamental skills for budding Martial Artists in a manner that is coherent with their growing physical and mental capabilities.

Grouping students by age facilitates a learning environment where they can progress comfortably and ensures their well-being during practice sessions.

The curriculum emphasises Kickboxing with incorporations of Traditional Wado Ryu Karate, offering an excellent platform for enhancing discipline, fitness, and self-assurance.

Juniors (11-14 Yrs)

This class caters individuals from ages 11 to 14.

The curriculum places a strong emphasis on nurturing confidence, instilling discipline, and enhancing physical fitness levels.

Through a hybrid approach that integrates elements of the Kickboxing syllabus with the principles of Traditional Wado Ryu, participants engage in accelerated learning processes.

The sessions encompass a comprehensive spectrum of activities, ranging from fundamental techniques to dynamic sparring sessions, offering a well-rounded Martial Arts education.

Adult Kickboxing (15 Yrs+)

Suitable for all students regardless of ability, our Adult sessions are designed to accommodate each individual's pace while providing guidance and motivation from our experienced instructors.

Geared towards students aged 15 and above, this class focuses purely on kickboxing, integrating fitness training with skill development to enhance your combat proficiency and overall well-being.

The class content is diverse, covering various activities including bag work, pad work, fitness drills, technique training, and optional sparring, offering a comprehensive approach to martial arts training.

Sparring Drills/Rounds (11+ Yrs)

I think sparring is the most important element of Martial Arts training. It’s great to see a club include it so heavily in their timetable.

Whilst not recommended for individuals who are new to martial arts, our club places strong emphasis on the value of integrating specialized sparring sessions into our curriculum.

These classes cater to students interested in honing their skills for competitions or seeking to challenge themselves within a secure and supervised setting.

Engaging in these sessions not only fosters learning but also cultivates self-assurance concurrently.

Family Classes (All Ages)

On Saturday mornings, our classes serve as the perfect kickoff to your weekend. Families have the opportunity to participate together in this dynamic mixed session.

This session caters to individuals unable to attend weekday evening classes or those seeking to supplement their weekly training regime.
